Kenneth K. Heinlein is an associate attorney at Campbell Huber, PLLC, who brings a strategic, well-rounded perspective to every case he handles. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2024 after completing dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and international affairs at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Before joining Campbell Huber, Kenneth began his career at a personal injury firm, gaining firsthand insight into how injury cases are evaluated and litigated. He later transitioned to a national defense firm, where he handled a wide range of matters including products liability, construction disputes, wrongful death claims, breach of contract cases, and complex litigation. Early in his career, he gained extensive experience taking and defending depositions and engaging in substantial motion practice.

At Campbell Huber, Kenneth brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to litigation, with a particular strength in digging into the facts early and building cases that are defensible from day one. His experience on both sides of the docket allows him to anticipate pressure points and help clients make informed decisions as their cases move forward. He is known for being thorough, responsive, and steady when the stakes are high.

Outside the office, Kenneth enjoys slowing things down – cooking, gardening, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He and his wife are owned by two Siberian cats, Negan and Lucille, and his curiosity for the world has taken him to places near and far, shaping a thoughtful and measured perspective on life and the practice of law.
