Bradleigh Bell Lipscomb brings a dynamic background in civil litigation to her role at Campbell Huber, PLLC, where she focuses on medical malpractice and product liability defense. After earning her degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 (Phi Beta Kappa), she went on to graduate from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2021. She is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the Northern and Eastern Districts.

Before joining the firm, Bradleigh developed broad experience handling personal injury, DTPA, adoption law, and contract matters — including transactional work in the oil and gas industry. Since pivoting to medical malpractice litigation in 2022, her practice has centered on defending healthcare facilities and physicians.

One of Bradleigh’s proudest accomplishments is participating in annual mock trials for nursing students, where she presents legal arguments before audiences of up to 1,500. These events serve as a bridge between law and medicine — preparing future nurses for the legal realities of their profession and allowing Bradleigh to sharpen her own advocacy skills in a high-pressure, educational setting.

Bradleigh thrives on the relationships she builds with her clients, especially helping doctors and nurses navigate the difficult experience of being sued. Her goal is to reduce stress, restore confidence, and help providers continue their essential work in the community.

Outside the office, Bradleigh enjoys painting, traveling to unique destinations, and spending time with her family — including her dog, River.
